Parkroyal Hotels & Resorts Pte Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary and hotel management arm of Hotel Plaza Limited. The group has two hotels in Singapore: Parkroyal on Beach Road and Parkroyal on Kitchener Road; two in Malaysia: Parkroyal Kuala Lumpur and Parkroyal Penang; one in Myanmar: Parkroyal Yangon and one in Vietnam: Parkroyal Saigon.

In late 2007 the website was revamped using a Jasmine CMS, giving the group the ability to quickly add new properties in line with the expansion plans of the group. Each type of content is also controlled by a defined workflow process specific to the type of content being created and approved.

The website was designed to be clear and simple to use, with a design that is clean and functional. The site include full details of each property, including an extensive meeting section. Under the restaurant section of each property is the option to book a table online, a feature that is being well utilized by local diners.

As Parkroyal is a relatively small hotel chain, Search Engine Optimisation is critical. The project included ensuring all pages were optimized in terms of copy and keywords to increase rankings where possible.

The Parkroyal group also integrated Jasmine CRM and Jasmine Campaigns allowing the company to centralize and manage the various mailing lists of each property. The solution also empowered each property to managed the creation and sending of email campaigns through a simple interface, with full management reporting of email results once sent.
