Jasmine Loyalty offers the capacity to do exactly that - target individuals as repeat customers by customising and offering incentives to reward your most valuable customers.
Combined with Jasmine CRM and Jasmine Campaigns, the Jasmine Loyalty module allows you to establish a full loyalty program. Whether the program points are actually presented to a member or kept internal, is up to you. Under Jasmine Loyalty, you determine the reward and redemption rules as well as membership / card levels.
When combined with other modules, your organisation can set up membership details through Jasmine CRM. You can also build marketing offers to be published on your website (Jasmine CMS) or emailed / presented directly to the targeted segment (Jasmine Campaigns).
The module will soon come with a powerful set of reporting tools including cubic reporting such as RFM - Recency, Frequency and Monetary analysis, membership churn rates, rewards, transactions and liability. Reports are available online, in print, pdf format and are also downloadable to MS Excel.
